Anthony Partridge, TEP, is a partner in Ogier’s Private Wealth practice and a member of the firm’s Trusts Advisory Group. Anthony specialises in all aspects of non-contentious and semi-contentious private trust and estate matters, wealth structuring for high-net-worth individuals, institutional trustees and family offices, together with all related regulatory work and cross-border succession matters. He has particular expertise in advising executors, beneficiaries and onshore counsel in relation to obtaining grants of probate, letters of administration and resealing foreign grants in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. He is recognised as a leading trust and estate advisor and is recommended by Chambers Global, Chambers and Partners HNW, Private Client Global Elite, Latin Lawyer, Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal and the Citywealth Leaders List. Anthony is the current Chair of the Cayman Islands Branch of STEP.
Cline Glidden is Counsel and a member of Ogier's Cayman Property and Local Legal Services team. Cline has particular expertise in advising clients on real estate, securitisation of funding, the conveyancing of large residential and commercial developments and the related licensing requirements. He frequently advises on relocations for high-net-worth individuals associated with the acquisition of high value real estate or business establishment. He is currently a Council Member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association. Prior to joining Ogier in 2013, Cline was an elected Member of the Legislative Assembly for 13 years.
